We aim to run the course once a year, and a few weeks prior to the course taking place it will be announced here on the website and on the normal social media channels

This course is strictly for active members of the Worlingham RoadRunnerz. A lot of time and effort goes into it so please only sign up if you can commit to the full six weeks course.

• You are an active member of the Worlingham Road Runnerz • You can run continuously for 30 minutes • You are running at least 3+ miles on a regular basis

The emphasis of the course is on ‘improver’, so this is designed to improve your current 5k time, not your all time PB (if this is quicker) - however, by doing this it will naturally get to closer to that best time. • The course normally starts by setting a base time for a 5k by running a parkrun • Attend each of the 6 weeks sessions • Commit to the set weekly training plan - which includes homework (not just on group training days) • Finish with a 5k Parkrun, with the aim that you have improved your time.

A few weeks before the course takes place, it will be announced on our social media channels, along with links to sign up through the usual Run Together app.

This is a free six week course included in members monthly fee. A lot of time and effort goes into the course from the coaches involved, since places are limited please make sure you can commit to the full six weeks

While regular attendance is beneficial, we understand that life happens. We'll provide guidance to help you catch up if you miss a session.
