Slow Sunday Runnerz
Our Slow Run group meets at 9.30am every Sunday at various locations for a gentle, chatty run/walk.
​
Led by Sophie Riseborough, we start with a group warm up, followed by a short walk and a stuctured run/walk at a slow, gentle pace that is suitable for all.
